Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Tom Ramen Noodles 2 packs


  • Water 3 cups


  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp


  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


  • Red Chilly Sauce 1 tbsp


  • Hot chilly Sauce 1/2 tbsp


  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil


  • Carrots diced or shredded 1/2 cup


  • beans chopped 1/2 cup


  • Potato 1 diced

Directions

  • Take a microwave safe bowl and add hot water in it.
  • Add in Tomato paste, chilly sauces, soy sauce and oil. give a good mix to it.
  • Add in desired vegetables and noodles.
  • Give a nice mix to it so that noodles get completely soaked in it.
  • I have used 900 W Microwave on full power to cook it for 5 minutes.
  • If still it is not cooked then cook it again for 2 minutes.
  • Your healthy, zero oil noodles are ready to serve.
