Take a microwave safe bowl and add hot water in it.
Add in Tomato paste, chilly sauces, soy sauce and oil. give a good mix to it.
Add in desired vegetables and noodles.
Give a nice mix to it so that noodles get completely soaked in it.
I have used 900 W Microwave on full power to cook it for 5 minutes.
If still it is not cooked then cook it again for 2 minutes.
Your healthy, zero oil noodles are ready to serve.
